Our Hotel City Inn does not have its own reception. Access to our City Inn rooms is centralised via our sister hotel Hotel Euler at Centralbahnplatz 14. The reception team at Hotel Euler is available for you 24 hours a day. You can also check in and out at any time via our hotel app or at our check-in machines in the entrance area.
Parking – Arrival – Charging
The Hotel City Inn, Hotel Euler and Hotel Metropol offer underground parking with entrance via Küchengasse. As spaces are limited, we recommend reserving your parking spot in advance. Three Type 2 charging stations are available on site. Additional parking is available at the Centralbahnparking (entrance Gartenstrasse 150). Located directly next to Basel SBB/SNCF railway station and the EuroAirport shuttle bus, the Hotel City Inn is ideally connected. With the included Guest Pass+ and Mobility Ticket, you enjoy free use of Basel’s public transport — including your arrival day upon presentation of your reservation.
