Cancellation policy

• Cancellations before 16 on arrival day are not charged, after 16 on arrival day we charge 100 % of the room price, for NO-Show we charge 100% of the room price.

Children policy / extrabed

• Children under 6 years stay free of charge in the parents room
• Children between 6 and 12 years stay for CHF 40 per night with an extrabed in the parents room 
• Extrabed for adults costs CHF 80 per night 
• Extrabeds are allowed for the following room types: Double Deluxe, Family Suite 

Pets

• Only if small domestic animals are allowed, with 10 CHF charge, and must be kept under supervision. Any damage caused will be charged to the owner.
• Only applies when sharing a room with parents.
